LETTERS / TO ONE ANOTHER

Leave the words
you did not say
in class.

Students are not background characters in education stories. Teachers do not always need to have the answers. These letters may be written to a class, a teacher, a student, or the author of a story.

There are no instant comments or likes here. Editors read each letter before deciding whether to publish it.

Students to teachers

Share a question a class left you with, or something you disagreed with but did not say at the time.

02

Teachers to students

Describe your own misunderstandings and changes honestly, without deciding what a student’s growth means for them.

03

Readers to writers

Begin with your own real experience and continue a conversation the story left open.

Minors do not need to register. Their contact details will not be public. Use a pen name or stay anonymous; do not include school names, class details, home addresses, or other students’ private information.

For now, a trusted adult must help minors submit letters and confirm permission. Editors review every letter, and removal can be requested after publication.
